We are so grateful to you both for finding this amazing property, telling us to get ourselves there asap, coming up with the strategy to put in the winning (and only!) bid, and help us through the whole process from there -- from the mortgage to insurance and fixes to the house. Truly, you made this easy and fun. We will miss getting to talk as regularly but will look forward to meet up when we're in town.
